An entrepreneur since early in my career, I have been fortunate throughout to have incredible mentors and support organizations to help me along the way. I've been part of a long-term peer group, the amazing women of the Women Presidents Organization. I've had the same attorney and accountant since I incorporated my first business. I've had a panel of mentors through the Powerlink program. And I've had the opportunity to participate in a transformative three-year experience with the Owner/President Management (OPM) program at Harvard Business School.Today, I am honored to be working both with an incredible team of partners as they assume leadership at Campos, and a growing team of leaders dedicated to helping other entrepreneurs succeed through Entrepreneurs Forever (eforever), the flagship program of the Mansmann Foundation.Entrepreneurship among women was less common when I launched my first business in 1993, and I certainly could not have succeeded without the support of my advisors. But I also recognized that I was privileged enough to be able to access all of these amazing resources. Today, I am leading Entrepreneurs Forever because it is a non-profit 100% committed to providing the kind of support that I was able to receive for entrepreneurs in evolving or disadvantaged communities--entrepreneurs who may not have benefit of the privilege I have had.
