As a field engineer, I was responsible for bridging the gap between site blueprints and physical construction of concrete forming and casting. Using existing benchmarks, I was tasked with using total stations, survey prisms and rotary lasers to set edge and elevation points for concrete footings, piers and walls. Day-to-day tasks included providing form layout, straightening walls, setting and checking anchor bolts, calculating concrete quantity for pour schedule, as well as assisting with creation of daily site report.

As a member of the EU ATS ACES Surface Transportation team, I was responsible for creating, implementing and advancing Continuous Improvement projects across fulfillment centers in the European Union. By using Lean Six Sigma techniques, I helped make the yard a safer and more efficient place, while advancing towards the autonomous yard of the future. Day to day tasks included creating SOPs and PMVs for different CI projects, conducting site audits, filtering and examining data, collaborating with site operations personnel, and hosting project status meetings with senior management.

As a researcher in URI's robotics laboratory, I worked on a variety of projects focused on robotic disassembly within the recycling industry. Day-to-day responsibilities included collecting and analyzing data from robotic/intelligent machines, creating prototypes of assemblies, as well as presenting reports focused on object detection, electronic waste, and Neural Network efficiency.

As a summer intern in the Facilities and Maintenance department, I analyzed, prepared and presented data for comprehensive variety of engineering projects throughout the summer. I was tasked with analyzing the status of Continuous Improvement projects and safety upgrades of the Quonset Point facility. I also met regularly with supervisors to evaluate and improve projects and performance throughout the internship.
