I started my career as a marketing and accounting executive in a distribution company called United trading company in 2013. They have FMCG products and distribution channel. I got chance to manage the development of new business that will generate increased income and will positively impact overall profitability of the company. Then in 2017 I came into the banking field and Joined ESMACO (BC ESAF SMALL FINANCE BANK) as credit officer then got promoted as Assistant branch manager in 2019 . At this position I review loan requests, analyze risks and approve or reject loan requests, create and implement strategies to increase the number of successful collections on outstanding debt, handle complaints from customers. Totally I have worked in ESAF for 5 years. Then in 2022 I self learned Flutter. I am always passionate about programming since my teenage. Now I am a skilled Flutter developer with 1 year experience. I have expertise in various aspects of mobile app development, including UI/UX design, front-end development, API integration and also firebase. Apart from my professional work, I enjoy staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in mobile app development.
