An entrusted Business Analyst with a handful of experience in organizing the company’s applications & products in compliance with the user/customer requirements and market demands. Post Masters (Information Technology) from Queensland University, I have joined an Australian company Corroboree Group who specializes in management consulting. Their rich diverse portfolio has allowed me to oversee the business services & processes. As a Business Analyst, my responsibilities are to understand the company’s wide customer base and understanding the core strengths of the business.Using Autonomy level 4, I have strived to liaise the relations between the company and its stakeholders. The prime responsibility is to investigate the company problems during automation and semi-automation developments in the project and took decisions that have a clear influence on the outcome of the project. The new developments that have been exercised during my stint with Corroboree Group have yielded good benefits in terms of productivity & also helps to meet the project timelines. This has earned a good reputation and satisfaction from the user/customer. Though the initial set of parameters have created some complexity of Level 3, system-proven methodologies, and proper testing from time to time have helped to streamline the operations.As a Business Analyst, I was actively involved in Business Process Modelling (BPM) where I put good use of my academic knowledge. Using autonomy Level 2, I have assisted my team in developing Business models which is useful in various environments.Taking advantage of my strong acumen on analytical and communication skills, I was given a chance to interact with many stakeholders, wherein I can clearly understand their requirements and thus in turn helped me to collaborate with my team to meet those requirements with knowledge level 3. I have developed a deep sense of business skills which are essential for the business analyst who can work with stakeholders of the company, by regularly monitoring the business process and tracking the day-to-day developments by using various business analysis, methodologies & approaches to investigate, identify, address and resolve the problems with an autonomy level 4.
