With over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I am the Business Head at Priority Medical Ltd, a leading healthcare solutions provider in Malawi. In this role, I oversee the sales, marketing, and distribution of a diverse portfolio of products, ranging from generic drugs to medical devices. I leverage my skills in marketing analytics, strategic communications, and international marketing to develop and execute effective campaigns that reach and engage our target audiences, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth. I also manage relationships with key stakeholders, such as regulators, suppliers, distributors, and customers, ensuring compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Priority Medical Ltd, I was the Business Head of Artemis Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Malawi, where I led the launch and expansion of the company's operations in the country, achieving significant market share and profitability. Before that, I was the Sales and Marketing Manager of Afri Farmacia Lda, Mozambique, where I supervised and trained a team of sales representatives and coordinated marketing activities across multiple regions. I am passionate about improving access and affordability of healthcare in Africa, and I enjoy working with diverse and talented teams to deliver innovative and impactful solutions. I speak English, Portuguese, and Malayalam fluently, and I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce from the Calicut University in Kerala.
