I am an HR student aspiring to work as a human resource manager. I am looking to build connections with like minded professionals in the HR industry. Originally from a technical background, I found a true calling in the human resource field while pursuing my post secondary education. The amalgamation of my skills in both the technical field as well as the managerial fields gives me a perfect blend of dealing with human beings in an affectionate manner. At the same time, my added prior technical expertise makes me understand very profoundly the role that fast moving technology is playing in all sectors of management in today's global economy. My education and work experience in different domains of life have equipped me with a deep understanding of the human behavior, how to interact in an efficient and friendly manner and create a working environment suitable for all participating individuals. Coming from an Indian background and moving to Canada for my higher education, I have learnt the importance of resilience, adapting to new surroundings and understanding the importance of cultural diversity. I feel this is a very important aspect for anyone looking to work in a human resource field within any organization. I am excited to start my full fledged career in HR where I can help offer my knowledge and skills to manage HR and make the overall working environment more memorable and welcoming for new as well as existing employees.
