Lead, direct and manage inbound and outbound site operations to ensure that the operations staff executes service agreements at or above the customer’s standards. Maximize profitability through effective people management, performance management, seat utilization, superior client service, effective & prompt communication and follow-up on all pending matters with the client. Maintain a clean, professional and safe working environment, utilize superior communication skill to motivate staff and develop working relationships with peers, executives and clients. Address all employee performance problems and directly in accordance with company personnel policies and procedures. Manage monthly revenue through existing and new business . Day to day oversight and leadership of operations, human resources, quality, training, facilities, and I.T. services, as well as client management and new business development. To evaluate and drive day to day performance in all LOB..Leadership for all workforce management and strategic planning across process. Provide guidance to the operations group in regards to staffing and forecasting for all LOB. Strategic direction for new customers, existing business ramp ups and new projects within the process.
