In my role as part of Central Engagement Team, I handle a portfolio of such multi-country engagements/clients and my team works with this global network of EY professionals and client process owners to ensure client’s compliance and reporting obligations across the globe are met on time. In this role, I report directly to Global Engagement leaders (GELs) and Global Engagement Managers (GEMs) and my responsibility includes but are not limited to: Support day to day engagement activities of EMEIA Tax Center clients and effectively bridge between EY professionals, client team members, EY and client headquarters and provide operational support for timely preparation of filings and draft deliveries. Act as the engagement SPOC and escalations point of contact and provide situational analysis and solutions for mitigating issues and risks in engagement operations. Chair and lead global service level agreement reporting meetings between EY and Client headquarters and provide key perspective to leadership on monthly SLA achievements, challenges, process gaps and areas of improvements Review and identify service delivery and process gaps which can be improved to increase qualitative and quantitative service delivery indicators Setup, review and manage engagement contracting and financials including change order management, scope and fees management, future finance planning, projection, and analysis. Ensure engagement management tools are set up and maintained real time for EY and client headquarters to access and understand tax and accounts filling status across the globe Manage team performance and mentor and coach staff members on best practices on project management, client management, teaming and other professional attributes for them to grow in their career. -
