• Conduct first-off, in-process, and final inspections of components, ensuring adherence to quality standards.• Collaborate with managers to reduce downtime and improve labour efficiency while achieving plant objectives.• Prepare quality documentation, reports, and customer certifications (COCs) as per SOPs.• Participate in the hiring process of new employees, and complete new employee orientation checklists and OJT forms as required.• Assist the functional head in carrying out the customer-compliant trending, sales vs complaints data, and various analyses to monitor and track the progress to set targets and goals for continual improvement• Conduct work measurements with set variables and report any inefficiencies concerning standard specifications• Gather and collate operational or experimental data, and aid in the creation of specifications and quality reports.

• Monitor production, and inspect processes, provide written and verbal reports on production performance to immediate supervisor/ manager• Ability to read and comprehend mechanical drawings and schematics.• Assist product inspection, quality assurance, and support occupational health and safety systems.• Operational checks and assisting setup on Eagle/Proto/CNC Robotic bending machines, confirming each part meets its specifications and quality.• Work along with a team in the development of new processes/procedures to ensure a smooth transition into Production.• Support production team with other relevant products and mechanical support duties.• Tested products or subassemblies for functionality or quality and troubleshot problems with equipment, devices or products.
