I was responsible for motivating a team of 30 Sales consultants to sell the largest hotel Loyalty Membership in the world for Accor Hotels called advantagePlus. I was responsible for the results of every member of my team. I used to take 2 motivational and product related meetings every day. I had to analyse results of all sales consultants every week and summarize their performance to them. I was advising them on skill sets they need to improve on through call coaching and call monitoring. I was keeping track of leads in their folders and who is converting what amount of leads. I had to manage, recruit, train and retrain to achieve my new sales and renewals budget each month. During my tenure I did not miss any budget, which I consider is a great achievement when you compare it on a scale that only 3-5 offices out of 40 Offices in Asia Pacific Accor had would make their annual budgets.

I was Selling Hotel Loyalty Memberships at Hotel Dynamics over the phone in Australia. This is done through cold calling and working on referrals. I was one of the top three consultants in their office out of 25-30 consultants we had.
