I have completed my BTech in Instrumentation and control engineering and working in chemical industry. I have in depth knowledge of different types of control systems, emergency shutdown systems and field instrumentation. Involved in different projects from initial engineering ( Technical specifications, NIT) to final commissioning.1. Designing of tray, cable routes and entry in main control room.2. Honeywell DCS system- Experion for Complete Ammonia and Urea plant.3. Safety Manager Emergency shut down system for Ammonia and Urea plant.4. GE- Faunc - RX3i PLC system for synthesis and refregration compressors.5. GE- MarkVie control system for Gas turbine and process air compressor.6. Bentley 3500 series vibration monitoring system for Gas turbine and different compressor.7. Woodward Governor system for different types of compressors.8. Advance process control for Ammonia Plant (APC)9. OTS( Operator Training stimulator) for Ammonia and Urea plants.10. Weather monitoring system.11. VAM for Synthesis gas compressor and Process gas compressor.In addition to above projects commissioning & Maintenance of different type of instruments:-1. Installation of PRDS valve.2.
