Responsible for ensuring that all activity meets both internal company standards and external regulatory requirements with respect to Health, Safety and the Environment to ensure the Company's obligations and policies in these areas are fully complied with.• Providing specialist direction on unusual or difficult engineering issues and Inspecting site work with confidence keeping B.O.Q and Technical Specifications into Consideration. Inspect and assess/monitor health and safety on site• Pre-tender works i.e. Preparing of Preliminary estimation, BOQ, cash flow statement, measurements, tender evaluation report, tender documents, engineering estimate etc.• Post-tender works i.e. certifying valuation and preparing payment certificate, attending pre contract meetings, contractor selection, preparing the program of work for projects etc.• Inspecting site work as per B.O.Q and Technical Specifications into Consideration.• Coordination with Consultant and sub-contractors on Project issues.• Inspecting the time value of project i.e. scheduling in accordance to the Work Schedule of activities as per the contract duration.• Maintaining the QA and QC at site.• Regular meetings with the client and client representatives to discuss project progress and getting approval of all materials, design etc.• Coordinating with professional consultants (Architecture, Interior, electrical and Structural).• Getting approval for structural inspection from concerned departments.• Assigning sub-contractors and Procurement of materials for current projects.• Preparing all completion documents as per green building regulation to obtain completion certificates and approval from local authorities' i.e. Nakheel, Trakhees, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, RTA, and DEWA.

• Co-ordination with Client, Architect, Structural Designer for Drawings.• Planning and Coordination of Drawing availability for the required sequences with the Work Sequences• Daily contact to progress meeting to my staffs & Skilled supervisory.• Responsible for civil execution with time bound quality output.• Documentation and correspondence related to construction activity.• Preparation of Site Working Documentation Bar Bending Schedules,• Preparation of Method of Statements, Submission and Obtaining Approvals & Site Work Check Lists• Planning of Man Power, Work Sequences and Activities.• Review and approval of Shop Drawings and other site engineering documentation.• Evaluate and Control Sub Contractors Work Progress & Control of Materials and Stores. Stage and Final Inspections of Site level.• Attend discussions with Site in charge regarding related site work progress, drawings, Quality Aspects.• Preparation & Submission of Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports to project in charge.• Preparation of Site Modifications (required for site conditions) and obtaining clearances for the same from Design department.
