The Web application was interfaced with other IT applications like GL, Supply Chain, Billing and Provisioning Systems using TIBCO and several other AT&T proprietary XML and Java based interfaces. This critical customer facing web sales channel for mobility was instrumental for majority of gross adds. Several projects undertaken were: LNP Automation, Upgrade Re-design, New Activation, Affiliate Order Fulfillment & Activation, Wireless Combined Billing, AT&T-Apple integration for iPhone sales and Activation.Created Architecture Concept Form for the solution approach for each project scope item. Project - Implementation Siebel SFA and Enterprise Contract & Profile Manager Application (BASE) BASE (comprised of: Business Marketing Group [BMG], Siebel Analytics, Siebel SFA & ECPM) was an application used by Cingular to manage its large enterprise and small business customer’s sales, forecasting, Opportunity Management, Quote PO Management and Contract and Profile Management, Discount schedules, Offer Eligibility Management. BASE system involved extensive integration with other internal billing, ordering and care systems and various online web based customer and business support system.Project - GSM Siebel Lock-Down Project - Customer Migration (Project Lead)Due to Cingular buying out of AT&T Wireless project, a huge project was underway to migrate all GSM & TDMA customers from AT&T Wireless aka Blue systems to Cingular aka Orange systems. Blue customer care, ordering, billing systems were systematically migrated to orange systems. This particular project was to shut down GSM BLUE Siebel in phases during the phased conversion approached.. Project - Billing Conversion (Blue to Orange) Change Control Manager Served as an enterprise-wide Change Control Manager with the Billing Conversion project. Managed Table Freeze Change Control process during conversion schedules. The project was a huge undertaking for converting the customers from the legacy AT&T wireless billing systems to Amdocs billing systems. Project - GSM Split Liability (Team Lead)Split the Voice and Data charges across different liable parties especially individual and corporate parties. Lead a team of 4 analysts and designers Project - Implementation of FCC mandated Local Number Portability (LNP) Project (Middleware Designer) All the core functionality was built in Vitria. Port-In and Port-Out. Siebel was the front end and integration involved Vitria interfaces for more than dozen internal AT&T and External Govt. systems for porting numbers.
