Conducts job analysis and evaluation using established guidelines. Uses published compensation surveys to benchmark positions to the market. Makes recommendations on pay grade for a given job based on the market and internal equity for assigned client Groups.Communicates with HR Business partners in the administration and interpretation of compensation policy and procedures, inclusive of recommendations on job analysis and evaluation requests.Conducts and/or participates in compensation surveys on behalf of WM.Assists in development and writing of job evaluation and compensation procedures.Assists in the administration and communication of WM's annual Salary Planning process (base salary merit increase, bonus, and long-term incentive).Assists in company-wide job description development process. Coordinates and communicates the process with HR for the development and maintenance of descriptions for all WM job titles.Assists in the evaluation of jobs for the appropriate application of existing or new job classifications to individual employees. May evaluate individual positions for the following: FLSA compliance, internal/external equity and job classification.Maintains online market survey and benchmarking tool. Ensures WM employee data and job matching accuracy. Designs and runs reports as requested and needed on a quarterly or ad-hoc basis.Assists in annual and periodic review of market competitiveness of WM pay structure and placement of jobs within the structure.May assist with producing materials for meetings and projects related to Senior Leadership compensation programs, Compensation Committee and/or Board of Directors.Assists with analyzing data to collaborate with internal and external partners to develop materials in response to requests around Senior Leadership pay.Assists with forecast and model of potential plan design changes and their impact on executive and equity compensation as well as share pool implications.
