TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES➢ Knowledge of Desktop/ Hardware Components/ Installation, Upgradation and Troubleshooting.➢ Responsible for providing 1st /2nd Level Desktop and Remote Support to end users in troubleshooting and resolving application related issues.➢ Remote management through Skype, MS Team zoom etc., & Remote Desktop to solve windows and software issue➢ Provide support to business- critical calls.➢ Good hand in Active directory Domain controller.➢ Active directory tasks : shared drive mapping , OU moment, Group assignment➢ Responsible to create and delete the machines and users from Active Directory.➢ Installation of antivirus software and lives updating virus definition➢ Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot win 7 win 8 and win 10 and Microsoft office 2016 and any other desktop applications.➢ Outlook configuration & troubleshooting.➢ Hands on experience over one drive setup and recovery.➢ Installation and Configuration of Local shared Printer and Devices, Network Printers, Scannersetc.➢ Wi-Fi, USB, Administrator, CD-ROM, User ID OU movement, IP Change rights, C & D drive access, Proxy Change access rights etc. as per Request.
