As an HR Compliance & Employee Relation Intern, I assist the staff in the company regarding their task and program such as ;• Make submissions and settlements related to advances.• Maintaining large amount of employement contracts, NDAs, warning letters, also terminations.• Provide general assistance in HR activities Involved in any assigned projects of Human Resource Department Carry out administrative duties such as sending emails or document hard files, filing, data entry, binding, scanning, etc.• Maintain of accurate employee database and up to-date records in bank data files.• Partnering with other analyst to work in project assignments.• Reporting regularly to HR Compliance leader for daily, weekly, and monthly basis report.• Co-assisting on Employee Relation agenda, such as Onboarding, Socialization, Employee training, Blood Donation and Enggagement programs from HR.• Supporting the enggagement programs and development activities for Employee Experience products.• Become a host/speaker for employee related activities.• Manage relationship with Regional Manager, Area Manager, and Area's Admin after acquisition including supporting the engagement programs or event process for there employees.• Managing and monitoring of the distribution process of communication channel through cordination with IR Area takes place properly and correctly.• Contribute to initiate innovation for all HR related purposes.
