Responsibilities • Updating current & designing new recruiting procedures• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting the candidates based the manpower request and job description. • Keeping track of recruiting metrics • Research and choose method of job advertising options & implement new sourcing methods. • Coordinate with Division managers to understand current and forecast future hiring needs.• Build the recruitment network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and other partners.• Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans.• Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.• Collaborate with hiring managers to set the job design of future hiring.• Strategically advise business on hiring matters • research sourcing platforms and talent pools• Supervising the recruiting team and reporting on its performance• Participate in job fairs and career events.• Stay up to date on labour legislation. • Involve in the technical interview process and finalize the selection process. • Present the candidate’s profile to the management and get the approval to proceed further! • Negotiate and finalize the candidates as per given budget to hire. • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.• Periodically discuss with hiring managers about the recruitment process improvement • Involve in exit interview process (Quite often) and review the exit interview reports. • Follow up the performance appraisal of newly joined candidates till he/she completes probation period.
