With a Master Degree in Industrial Engineering, an MBA and a Programa alta Dirección (PADE) in IESE, I have contributed to increase the turnover and profitability of the businesses I have been involved in, restructuring, leading, motivating and developing large teams in result-oriented competitive multinational environments with full P&L responsibility.I have a global vision of the business with vast experience in Business Development and Organizations changes.The main function of my job is to maintain overall responsibility for the profitable growth and development of the business and to manage and facilitate all aspects of the business consistent with Group strategies and guidelines.Currently, I work for a Family-owned multinational company (3rd generation), leader in fastener manufacturing for industrial applications. Headquarters located in Veduggio (Italy). The Group employs more than 5,000 people in the world with a total turnover of €900 million in 18 manufacturing sites, 6 in Italy, 8 in USA, 2 in Brazil, 1 in Mexico and 1 in IndiaResponsibilities since incorporation within the Group in 2010. In May 2017, a new management role as European BU Manager was added to my General Manager responsibility for the Spanish subsidiary.
