You might be surprised at the number of times I hear “You were a pastor?!” Yes. Yes I was, and so much more. I have worn the hats of Executive Director, Pastor, Professor, Peace Corps Volunteer and Mom! All of these diverse experiences have given me the opportunity to become a trained listener, counselor, teacher, speaker, and leader of large organizations. I have managed teams, built roadmaps, executed change management, facilitated groups, navigated boards, set vision, and motivated and united diverse stakeholders toward a common goal. Now let’s talk about Pavo! My diverse professional background eventually led me to becoming an executive leadership coach. It didn’t take me long to see that there was a need to create tools that didn’t support the dysfunctional, harmful systems that exist across all industries. So I built that toolbox.
