Lead the full-stack Consumer product engineering organization which delivers amazing products to our millions of users and make up 80% of Gemini's trading revenue. This 30+ person, distributed organization builds the overall experience of our mobile app, retail-focused web UI, and is responsible for our foundational marketing technology (SEO, content management, etc.), analytics, and experimentation (A/B testing) platforms. Additionally support the Client Platform team which is accountable for mobile, web, and GraphQL platforms which are used by all product teams at Gemini.Manage engineering managers and partner with cross-functional peers in product, insights and design to build product roadmap.

- Supported Mobile Engineering team in launching multiple successful products. Grew team from 3 to 19 engineers before product-team verticalization- Designed and owned our Mobile engineering interview pipeline- Created Client Foundations org, which is responsible for our design system implementation, core client platforms (mobile & web) and client-facing API frameworks.

- Technical lead for the team that launched the Gemini mobile app on iOS and Android (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/gemini-buy-bitcoin-instantly/id1408914447 and https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gemini.android.app)- Implemented analytics strategy and technical implementation so teams could make product decisions based on data- Implemented A/B testing and feature toggles and associated experimentation strategy across all web and mobile experiences

- Led the Target.com Web UI Platform team during transition of all of the digital product teams to a universally-rendered Node.js and React.js application- Led push to transition all areas of Target.com to HTTPS- Conducted A/B Testing and usability studies to drive value across various parts of the application- Led transition from legacy desktop-only website to a high-performance, mobile-first experience- Worked extensively with our global team in Bangalore and Minneapolis to raise technical standards and quality through code review and mentoring- Experience in interviewing and building a team that raises the standard of excellence across UI engineering at TargetTech stack:React.js, node.js, babel, webpack, redux, styled-components, CSS Modules, jest

- Tech lead for Target.com Component Library including development and implementation of custom CSS design library.- Collaborated with UX, Product, and Accessibility teams to define standards and develop internal Pattern Library for use across guest-facing Target web platforms.- Worked closely with Product and Design teams to research and implement new functionality for Guest-facing Content, Product Listing pages, and Cart / Checkout commerce experiences.

Distinct rotations including:- As product owner, led proof-of-concept development and deployment of tool to allow asynchronous chat between Store team members and support- Designed and developed initial CSS architecture and implemented UX prototyping strategy for stores-facing mobile applications.- Collaboratively designed start-up investment analysis methodology for future proof-of-concept decisions- Worked on proof-of-concept mobile applications for smart home items.

Led team of 12 through product development and market launch of locally-made Greek yogurt dip.Product was sold locally in multiple food co-ops, but the team decided to move onto other pursuits.
