• Work with area businesses to identify job openings, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified applicants• Work with over 100 business partners to fill job orders, recruiting, prescreening, interviewing, and hiring processes• Provide support to over 30 HR departments and business owners to handle any employee performance evaluation’s, corrective actions, workers comp, pay or accounting issues, overtime, and employee grievances • Stay up to date with general HR policies, ensure business licenses, agreements and W9’s are on file and up to date• Ensure employers maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations • Continuously establish and maintain partnerships with small to large Orange County businesses• Plan and organize recruitments and job fairs by coordinating with employers and job seekers• Conduct searches for suitable job openings for candidates, matching qualifications with employer’s requirements

• In partnership with Orange County Social Services, assist clients enrolled in Welfare to Work Program with employment• Pre-screen candidates for employment by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews and matching to open positions• Assist candidates overcome barriers to employment and provide motivation and support through consultations• Teach clients job search tips, resume building and interviewing skills to increase chances of gaining employment• Present job offers to candidates and negotiate details of employment• Provide new hire orientations, complete training plans, employment verifications, quality assurance timesheets
