Having recently completed another successful interim role as Sales and Marketing Director for a Keepmoat Homes region and working recently pricing land in Home Counties region.I am looking for my next role - preferably a full-time role or an interim / consulting Sales Director role.

Following my previous successful role, I was engaged by Keepmoat Nottingham to lead, re-energise and revamp their Sales and Marketing team. I achieved this very quickly, tripling the weekly sales rate to enable the region to hit their October year end targets despite a very challenging market and environment. The role was an interim role given the geography of the region versus my home base, but I was very keen to assist Keepmoat in whatever way I could up to year end despite the logistical difficulties.

Responsible for the regional sales and marketing team for Keepmoat Homes' South Midlands region. Delivering a strong strategy to create sales despite changing market conditions, and being responsible for delivering on the region's budget at year-end.

I lead a consultancy in which I use my extensive sales and marketing experience within the new homes sector to help property developers increase their revenue and profits.I am currently working with Keepmoat Homes South Midlands and other developers, successfully transforming their sales and marketing to drive exceeding targets by motivating team members to find innovative methods of sales and achieve the highest prices. I have also provided sales price appraisals for new land leading to successful new developments with high margins.

I managed the sales and marketing for the most successful (profitable) subsidiary of Kier, and was a key driving force in the business growing and continually outperforming its targets. During my time with the business, I never missed a sales target for my operating area and consistently delivered results above and beyond what was expected.
