As we scaled Presence, I was responsible for team performance in preparation for acquisition. Focusing on achievement, wellness, and collaborative competition, I built a trusted and long-tenured staff with a team culture recognized for their compassion and expertise. In this role, I oversaw closing operations, renewals, and account management, and worked.

One of the company's early employees, I helped grow our partner base and annual revenue exponentially, exceeding quota every year and accounting for nearly 50% of all new ARR in 2018 and 2019. I took initiative in training and developing our new hires, and played an integral role in the growth and refinement of our sales organization.

As an entry-level sales development representative, my main responsibilities included identifying and reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and setting meetings for the sales team. At the University of Tampa, I was responsible for four different residence halls and several student staff paraprofessionals. Living and working on campus is a unique experience that throws you headfirst into the student development scene. In this role, I worked with students to navigate college and succeed both inside and outside of the classroom.

Bristol, RI

-Supervised a resident community of 54 freshmen in a traditional style residence hall.-Created, planned, and implemented 10 educational, social, and recreational programs each semester.-Took part in an on-call rotation between 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. four to five times per month.-Managed administrative duties including maintenance requests, incident.

Bristol, RI

-Led several groups of approximately 20 incoming students through a rigorous, overnight orientation.-Facilitated workshops focusing on academic preparation, diversity training, community building, and understanding university policies.-Collaborated with a 45-person team to design and build an award-winning float in the nation’s oldest Fourth of July parade.

Canton, MA

-Oversaw a team of 26 customer service associates, organized weekly schedules, and mediated workplace conflicts.-Opened and closed front office, cashed out registers, and ensured cleanliness of the work area before leaving.-Acted as liaison between Customer Service department, Rental department, Food department, Ski Patrol, and Ski School.

-Drafted pitches, press releases, speaking points and fact sheets leading to placements for clients.-Made weekly follow-up calls to media outlets regarding potential event coverage.-Conducted research using the Internet and Cision to determine appropriate, targeted outlets for client pitches.-Managed administrative duties including answering phones.
