Loan Administrator
Current• Pipeline Management and Coordination: Maintain and update the loan pipeline, tracking applications from submission to closing. Collaborate with team members, including loan officers and underwriters, to plan closing dates and effectively manage workload.• Reporting and Analysis: Run detailed reports on the loan pipeline, providing insights into application status and potential bottlenecks. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.• Vendor Onboarding: Collaborate closely with the Information Security Officer to facilitate the seamless onboarding of new vendors. Ensure all necessary documentation and processes are completed efficiently, including contract reviews, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance checks.Due Diligence Documentation: Take charge of collecting, reviewing, and organizing all due diligence documents required for vendor evaluation. Maintain meticulous records and ensure the completeness and accuracy of the documentation throughout the vendor lifecycle.• Compliance and Risk Management: Assist in implementing and maintaining a robust vendor risk management program. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate vendor compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. Identify and escalate any potential risks or deficiencies as necessary.
