• Responsible for managing both class based and specialized roles in a fast-paced environment.• Responsible for sourcing and recruiting a wide variety of IT professionals (.Net developers, Java Developers, Network Engineers, QA Testers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Program Managers, and many more).• Responsible for sourcing and identifying prospective candidates through Boolean searches via Job boards (Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder) and ATS. • Conduct initial screening via phone to determine the experience and technical skills. • Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate’s experience as required.• Responsible for handling critical client requirements pertaining to new technologies and best practices.• Ensure that an adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned requirements in a timely manner. • Set up interviews with candidates and extending OFFER of employment.• Create and maintain pipeline in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter projects and internal databases for repetitive roles and convert them as applicants when the actual requirement is provided.
