My career includes working at prominent institutions like Taj Air Caterers, Essex Farms, and Royal Enfield Café where I regularly outperformed my competitors.I do everything with professionalism in mind and that includes developing menus. On top I am good at managing kitchen staff and am able to put together large gastronomic events with a great level of success throughout my career.Among my achievements, I won the award in Lebanese gastronomy in 2007 and dominated the gastronomy space of various establishments for several years thereafter. In addition, I have considerable experience in planning and designing mix-and-match menus working together with other staff and maintaining the highest quality standards in all aspects.I currently reside in Goa where I'm able to combine both my passion and leadership skills to create and excite through new tastes.
