Responsiblities include, but are not limited to, setting weekly meetings for Tender Committee, updating on tender status, preparing various monthly reports for tenders, producing weekly decision minutes and circulating them to departments after higher management approvals, forwarding technical and commercial clarifications to bidders, advising departments on the tender process and acting as a custodian record keeper for all tenders.Other projects managed in QOC include the QOC Uniforms Call Off Agreement and initiating a Recycling Scheme in the Olympic Tower.

In Payables section, basic knowledge of Oracle's ERP. Included paying the Variation Orders for various projects and Work Orders for purchases as well as settlements of monthly installments to federations.
