Established the policies and procedures of the SRM & Procurement Performance department within the newly-formed Group Procurement Division. The role covers many tasks, ranging from supplier segmentation, development of strategies for each segment, rollout of a new best-in-class eProcurement system, driving supplier performance through standardised SLAs and measuring/reporting on the Group Procurement division's KPIs to QNB leadership.

Owner of all internal processes, procedures and ERP workflows. Identifying any inefficiencies, risks and improvement potentials across all internal and external stakeholder interfaces. Supplying all internal and external department-related reporting. Focal-point for all stakeholder interactions and internal and external (state/ISO) audits. Oracle ERP superuser for the Procurement & Business Management Divison.

Ensuring a holistic supply chain view is developed and embedded in all areas of theprocurement activity. Managing supplier registration, segmentation and performanceevaluation.

Collaborating with third-party logistics providers as an integral member of the logistics team. Actively participating in the expediting process, including generating purchase order to payment reports and closing out outstanding purchase orders through the coordination of deliveries, goods receipt notes, and invoicing. Continuously monitoring and enhancing departmental performance while ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and established procedures.

Acquiring comprehensive knowledge and experience in category-structured procurement. Extensive experience in executing procurement functions within an ERP system, including requisition approvals, issuing full RFPs to vendors, evaluating and awarding tenders within the Oracle ERP platform. Establishing multiple organization-wide long-term call-off and framework agreements to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and streamline procurement processes for multiple departments within the organization.

Overseeing all Qatar Olympic Committee's purchases & contracts under the umbrella of the National Sports Day Organising Committee. Employing decisiveness & critical thinking to provide support and guidance wherever needed.

Overseeing all Qatar Olympic Committee and the Qatar 2015 Handball Championship tenders from the issue until the award. Includes liaising with companies, departments, 27 federations and various committees such as The National Sports Day and the Schools Olympic Programme. Responsiblities include, but are not limited to, setting weekly meetings for Tender Committee, updating on tender status, preparing various monthly reports for tenders, producing weekly decision minutes and circulating them to departments after higher management approvals, forwarding technical and commercial clarifications to bidders, advising departments on the tender process and acting as a custodian record keeper for all tenders.Other projects managed in QOC include the QOC Uniforms Call Off Agreement and initiating a Recycling Scheme in the Olympic Tower.

In Payables section, basic knowledge of Oracle's ERP. Included paying the Variation Orders for various projects and Work Orders for purchases as well as settlements of monthly installments to federations.
