I support a faculty member's book project about public land management. My responsibilities include developing literature reviews and theoretical frameworks for case studies about innovative solutions to common public land management problems.

I led a large-scale update of Bitly's Help Center. My primary goals was to reflect the growing breadth of a young company's product offerings while maintaining a fun and compelling tone, allowing Bitly to strengthen its relationship with customers throughout the product lifecycle.Using website data, customer feedback, and input from our customer-facing teams, I audited and updated existing content. I consulted with product owners and engineering teams to understand and document new features and products. I collaborated with Bitly's Senior Content Strategist to develop the information architecture and style guidelines for the Help Center and to make recommendations for a maintenance strategy to keep the Help Center up-to-date in perpetuity.

I wrote and edited customer-facing support content that receives over 3.6 million pageviews per day, and managed localization and cross-team collaboration for content across EMEA and LatAm.I supported efficiency and collaboration by revising and maintaining team documentation.

I was responsible for direct support of internal customers of The Walt Disney Company's tech tools and services, leading white glove support, teaching classes and trainings, and managing documentation.I was the lead technical writer and content manager for the employee-facing website accessible across TWDC's global businesses. I liaised with Global Information Security, internal communications teams and others to craft messaging around available tools and services.

I was the technical writer and editor for employee-facing website used across Disney's global workforce. I collaborated with UX designers and others to align content updates with the site redesign and relaunch. This work led to a 72 percent year-over-year increase in monthly website usage.

I applied the latest learning science to abnormal, cognitive, and other upper-level psychology products to ensure new releases meet the highest instructional design standards.I developed learning objectives for course areas and work with Product Manager and other internal stakeholders to set content strategy that satisfies those objectives.I reviewed content as it comes in from Subject Matter Experts and external vendors to ensure it satisfies pedagogical requirements for the course.

As the content developer for print and digital products in counseling, social work, and lifespan psychology, I managed the counseling list's best-selling author team through the revision of multiple introductory and upper-division texts.I worked with Counseling/Social Work product manager to set discipline-wide video strategy and worked with subject matter experts, authors, and video production vendors to produce over 50 instructional videos across several course areas.
