The Division of Student Life manages the array of programs, services, facilities, and operations that comprise the UW student experience, in order to support, guide, and empower students across the University to success. I was responsible for strategic marketing and communications for the Division of Student Life, including informing and engaging diverse audiences on the Division's mission and work, as well as generating awareness and support for a wide range of initiatives that create an enriching, equitable, and fun Husky Experience for all.

Kindering provides an array of high impact early intervention therapies and special education to children with developmental disabilities and delays, focusing on the 0-3 year age window when 85% of brain development occurs. Kindering supports children of all needs and backgrounds, serving families that speak more than 90 different first languages and regardless of ability to pay. As Kindering's first dedicated communications professional, I was responsible for bolstering brand awareness, community engagement, and fundraising through developing and implementing multi-channel digital marketing and communications strategies.

I was the first and only communications professional dedicated to all union-related matters across the UW system (20,000 unionized staff). I leveraged uncommon interpersonal skills, a big-picture lens, and a keen eye for detail to create and execute high-stakes communications strategies for diverse external and internal audiences.

The North Face is a leader in the outdoor apparel industry. As a top salesperson and exemplary team-builder, I was hired to lead sales as part of a new management team tasked with turning around a struggling store. Leadership: Responsible for leading a 15-person sales team and all facets of store operations, including driving sales, coaching, and overall store operations. Coaching and Mentorship: Charged with training and coaching all staff in customer care, sales, product knowledge, and store operations, and mentoring individuals to excel. Frequently the ranking decision-maker and sole member of management on duty.Event Planning: Responsible for planning and implementing all community engagement events for the store.
