I was taught since early childhood by my grandfather, Alfred Jefferson Holland Sr., who was a successful lawyer, businessman, therapist, naturalist, and natural healer. I also have a classical education with a broad scope and intense workload. I am well versed in human anatomy and physiology, health promotion programming, nutrition, chemistry, the liberal arts, business, executive leadership, managerial consulting, et cetera. I am tech savvy, capable of designing and running websites and computer programming. I add to my skill toolkits as the needs call for it. I place no limits on what I am capable of learning, doing, creating, and solving. I use what I know to help people feel better; to help them spend more quality time with their loved ones. I am highly motivated, occupied with the big picture and the roads less traveled.
