- Develop new HR policies and update the existing ones based on the company's values and ensure employees adhere to and comply with them- Act as point of contact between the local office and colleagues from other countries (APAC)- Organize events and conferences for employees- Manage workplace safety issues and complaints- Maintain HR procedures that comply with labour laws and regulations- Monitor and keep track of HR metrics, for example, turnover rates and cost-per-hire- Experience in expat permit, company legal document permit, and renewal- Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process- Maintain and record employee attendance- Oversee the company's employee termination process- Conduct exit interviews to understand the reason for termination- Other relevant HR duties as assigned

- Update current and design new recruiting procedures Fully responsible for recruiting team and report it to Corporate HR and Legal Director- Keep track of recruiting metrics- Implement new sourcing methods- Coordinate with department manager to forecast future hiring needs- Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations

• Work on existing and develop new Talent Acquisition channels, to fill in pending vacancies in Indonesia• Full cycle recruitment process: from CV sourcing, phone screening, conducting interviews together with the Hiring Managers, till helping with the Offer Extension, Employment stages;• Implement top-notch Candidate Experience throughout the recruitment process;• Work on shaping the best culture and internal communication practices in the office;• Proactive generation of new Talent pool (headhunting, career fairs, etc.);• Cooperate and organize the workflow with the HR Development Department from the HQ Office;• Prepare and deliver constant updates to the HQ Office in terms of hiring progress, achievements and struggles in delivering Hiring Plan requests;• Suggest improvements for the existing and implement new good practices including but not limited to recruitment process optimization, employer branding visibility, company benefits.

• Collaborating with 3 recruiters under me and maintain the activities among the others• Becoming PIC company coordinators for SMEs or Enterprise company• Responsible for NPS response from client SMEs or Enterprise• Maintaining job and supply along with the job description• Maintaining team pipeline• Checking team efficiency (conversion rate from CV to interview, interview to offer,and offer to matches)• Reporting weekly placement to Team Representative

- Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles- Write and post technical job descriptions- Source potential candidates on Glints platform - Build personal branding on Linkedin to align with company needs.- Send recruiting emails to passive candidates and follow up when necessary- Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates- Advertise open positions to external networks- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities
