1 Responsible to ensure 12 extruder machine & support equiment (compressor, cooling tower, dust collector, oil mist collector, vacuum pump, etc) still availability on good performance to used.2 Responsible to check, identify & troubleshoot to utility, electrical and machine problem3 Coordination to maintenance eng. team for breakdown, corrective or preventive maintenance.4 Make a schedule preventive machines & report activity maintenance team.5 Allocate workload and control maintenance team.6 Design part of machine & improvement for needed production.7 Monitor equipment inventory and place orders if needed.
