 Perform Mechanical resident engineering duties including review of all technical submittals such as material, calculations, drawings, method statements etc for the packages for compliance with full responsibility & authority related to HVAC, Chilled Water, Car park ventilation, Plumbing, Storm and Sewage Water, Pumping stations, Fire Protection-such as clean agent systems, sprinkler, standpipe, Hose reel, Landing valve, foam, pre-action, water spray, Drainage, Gas, BMS, Infrastructure works for sewage, storm water, district cooling Piping, irrigation, Diesel Fuel oil, Medical Gas, stress analysis, seismic Systems, CFD analysis including coordination for Local authority approvals. Ensure that the WIR’s are carried out in a timely manner as per the specifications and requirements by leading & delegating the work to a team of site inspection engineers. Issue SOR’s, NCR’s as applicable. Review and correspond to all Mechanical technical letters, RFI’s raised by the contractor in coordination with the Resident Engineer & other disciplines. Direct contractor regarding the testing and commissioning method statements, activities and attend testing and commissioning inspections including Factory acceptance tests. Direct & review Operation and maintenance manuals, As built drawings. Managing the activities of district cooling provider including the cooling plant construction, coordination with all package contractors their construction activities. Conduct technical meetings, prepare & issue Minutes of Meeting. Monitor progress of all the activities during Engineering, construction & testing/commissioning phases.
