Was heading the largest team in the Organization when Nous was awarded the fastest growing Company in Karnataka and Bangalore, in the SME segment by the Ministry of Information and Technology.Played the role of Certified Appraisal Team Member (ATM) during two SCAMPI A Appraisals to assess the Maturity Level of the Organization when Nous got certified first at CMMI Level 4 and then at Level 5. Also have been handling the Gold Partnership relationship with Microsoft for almost Ten years.

Was responsible for SFD (Staple Fibre Division, Nagda) Plant's Central/Shift Maintenance Team (CMT) and MIS for all the Maintenance Departments (360 TPD Plant), reporting to Vice President (Technical).Responsibility included managing the Central Maintenance Team (CMT), Expenditure and Downtime analysis of all Maintenance Departments and Annual Maintenance Budget preparation for the Plant Maintenance for Running, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance for GRASIM's Staple Fibre plants in India, Indonesia and Thailand.Also worked in Shift Maintenance for the first two years.

Two years deeply involved in a start-up building a fully Automatic washing machine (home appliance) from scratch. Developed components in Mumbai, set-up the factory in Khopoli, Pune, hired technical staff locally and saw the first set of machines rolled out off the production line. Directly reporting to the Overall Project Manager and responsible for the Mechanical components and Production line including assembly and Testing.
