Responsible for taking orders and processing payments. I also assisted customers with choosing menu items of answering any questions regarding current menu items, garnishes or methods of preparation. Maintain knowledge regarding ongoing promotion and how to promote customer satisfaction but providing accurate and friendly service address in case concerns when necessary. Other responsibilities include a restocking cleaning and managing closing duties.
