The domestic work sector in India remains largely informal, leading to numerous challenges for both employers and workers. Employers struggle to find suitable domestic help, while domestic workers often face exploitation, lack of job security, and limited access to social security benefits. The goal was to design a digital solution that formalizes the employer-worker relationship, facilitates efficient job matching, and provides domestic workers with access to legal protections, social security, and financial benefits.
