Senior Manager - Presales And Bid Management
Current• Lead the presales, bid management and proposal functions for MEA, and India region including partner support and deal qualification. • Support the onsite sales and partner team with presales activity for Asia region including Japan.• Initiate RFP and bid summation, set proposal strategy, and communicate with key stakeholders.• Author-winning proposals highlighting customer hot buttons, solutions, themes, and pricing.• Engage in the end-to-end bid and proposal development, Pursuit and capture plan, and pricing.• Active participation in discovery calls to understand customer requirements.• Present and demonstrate service and product capabilities briefing to prospects/customers.• Provide value-based solutions to the client to accelerate sales closure.• Lead proactive and reactive proposal responses, kickoff calls, and set responsibility matrix identifying key stakeholders in the proposal team.• Upsell/cross-sell opportunities, in close collaboration with the Sales Team / Customer Success Team.
