In short,control over Incidents & a partof service assurance.·       Analyzingthe query through proper way and getting it resolved.·       Cascadingthe adherence of process is strictly followed by team members & trainingthemto reduce the downtime.·       checking& sharing the quotations for approval process & taking approval fromSLA heads

·      Handlingenquirer calls for Trouble shooting, Handling Escalations. ·      Costnegotiation with OEM vendors for spares.·      Escalatethe long pending calls to vendor for earliest resolution. ·      Raise theticket for SLA for damage parts and taking approval.·      Coordinatewith ATM and Bank-Switch Servers. ·      Monitoringon highly escalated and long pending incidents of breakdown.·      Tocoordinate with the SWITCH team as well as NETWORK ENGINEER to resolve thenetwork related issue.·      Ensuring review of MIS daily report andmaintain MIS report for the business.Maintainstrong relationship with OEM vendors.

·      Raising Incident Tickets for ATM, Dispatch to respectivevendor, take follow up with vendor for earliest resolution·      Loggingthe call with SLM vendor and arrange the Engineer for earliest resolution, ifFLM vendor not able to resolve the issue.·      If anynetwork related issue occurs then check whether gateway IP is pinging or not,If not then log the call with network vendor.
