Responsible for pharmacokinetic and drug metabolism analyses. Participate in multi-disciplinary core project teams as DMPK representative. Written GLP toxicokinetic reports and PK sections of INDs. Manage and lead non-clinical working group to coordinate activities around in vitro and in vivo studies. Help to drive the SAR for better DMPK properties.
