• In charge for custom clearance activities for Ocean & Air shipment• Coordinate with CHA for clearance on overseas deliveries• Liaising with Customers, Handling the entire paper work required under clearance• Advise customers on import and export restrictions, tariff systems, insurance requirements and All other customs related matters.• Clearing all payment related to duties and taxes • Negotiate and arrange containers as per need under EXIM • Manage warehouse & distribution activities • Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or Customer issues.• Analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions
