Started IIIT Bhubaneswar as the 1st officer (Officer on Special Duty).

Academic administration. Started the B.Tech program in 5 disciplines. The doctoral program started in 2014, after the institute became an University.

First officer of the organisation. Started the institute, whose foundation stone was laid by the then President of India Abdul Kalam ji. The academic programs (M.Tech) started in 2007 after obtaining the AICTE approval.

Teaching, educational administration, and placement of students.

CITE was a trust of the Orissa State Electronics Development Corporation Ltd.As the Managing Trustee, I was responsible for setting up of MCA institution. Obtained approval from Govt. of Orissa, AICTE, New Delhi, Utkal University. Was successful in obtaining 60 seats in the 1st year itself. Obtained approval for 90 seats from 2nd year onwards.The MBA program started in the year 2005.

ETDC was established as a STQC program of Ministry of Information Technology, Govt. of IndiaHead of the establishment. ETDC is involved in Calibration, Testing of Electronic & Electrical Instruments / Parameters. Received commendation of Govt. of India for achieving a growth of approx. 300% in revenue earning.

Orissa Centre for IBM Software was a Joint Venture of Orissa State Electronics Development Corporation Ltd.OSEDC & IBM.Head of the Academics. Second in command. Have also taught few subjects such as ‘C’, Computer Organization, Data Structures & Algorithms, etc. as an IBM Certified Faculty member.

Elcosmos Electronics Ltd. was a subsidiary of Orissa State Electronics Development Corporation Ltd.Successfully Completed implementation of a professional grade PCB project as Head of the production division. In 1993 took over as DGM & Head of production, maintenance and Quality Control Division. In March 1994 took over as Director & Chief Executive.
