RESPONSIBILITIES:• Ensuring zero error report in NSDL, SEBI and internal Audit• Processing delivery instructions by Beneficiary Members, Off-Market and Pay-In within the specified Deadline laid down by both the depositories; NSDL & CDSL.• A/c Opening, Transmission, De-mat, Re-mat, Pledge, Demographic changes request, Billing & A/c closure, Online trading etc. Involved in Pledge creation, confirmation, closure instructions.• Handling all the back-office operations related to Pre-pay-in and Normal Pay-in or Pay-out of both the major Stock Exchanges- NSE and BSE.• Preparing MIS report like Total Income booking report, Service Tax report, Monthly • volumes.• Daily & periodical reconciliation of Profit & Loss A/c, Suspense Debtor, VYSDP Income A/c.• Analysis of customer complaints and resolutions report to SEBI and NSDL in time while ensuring that the error control and risk control measures are in place.• Co-ordinating with all the branches in India for various Depository services
