To assign jobs to individual Mechanic.Inventory Management – To keep Hand tools, Special tools, Fast moving Items & consumables in ready to use condition.Productivity Management – To plan the job activities to get the output within specified time limits with the max. output.Warranty jobs handling & Claim preparation. To liaise with Ashok Leyland & other Ancillary suppliers on regular basis.Accidental Vehicle repair and handling with insurance company, surveyor and Financer.Handling of Body repair w/s, Chassis repair, and others sublets related to automobile industry. Additional Professional activities Deputed to M/s Ashok Leyland, Chennai for 6 Months Training programme. Had exposure in the following areas:Manufacturing processes at Ennore & Hosur Plants of Ashok Leyland.Familiarization of different Models & ProductsMaintenance & Overhauling of various vehicle aggregates at Service Training Centre-Chennai.Hands on Training at TVS-Pudukottai(AL-Dealer) on Vehicle trouble shooting.Training on Ashok Leyland’s Ancillary aggregates of– MICO, Rane-TRW, Lucas-TVS, Sundaram Clayton, UT tipping system Wipro tipping system etc.Warranty administration Valid Two & Four Wheeler Driving License holder.
