- Developing Physics-based mathematical models of Multibody dynamics, vehicle dynamics, transmission, hydraulics of Tractors and Construction equipments. -Integrating the above subsystems for MIL/HIL testing using various standard test cases of field testing.- Modelled Engine, Driveline(CVT, DCT, Mechanical), Hydraulics for front suspension and front hitch, Vehicle dynamics using tools like MATLAB, Simulink and Simscape.- softECU control logic development of vehicle controllers.-Working on Power oriented graphs (POG) technique for modelling the physical dynamic systems which will be helpful in writing the governing differential equations of the system. These equations will be eventually used for the control system development.

• Working as a Mechanical Project Engineer with New Product Development department on Design and Fabrication of Bowl cleaning machine for a Space Research Organization intended for cleaning vertical mixer bowls containing solid propellant. It is a hydraulically driven machine.• Designing and documenting the hand calculations of Structural parts, Locking pins, Bowl tilting mechanism, Scrapping and Mopping tools as per IS, EN and ISO specifications for material selection. • Involved in selection of Hydraulic motors, Rotary hydraulic actuators, and Hydraulic cylinders used in the machine.• Applying DFM, DFA and DFMEA principles during the design process. 3D modelling and static analysis of structural parts in SOLIDWORKS and Ansys Mechanical.• Manufacturing drawings using GD&T concepts in AutoCAD for fabrication and testing of components as per IS, ASTM and ASME standards.

- Training the undergrad students performing Prime movers and Fluid machinery experiments and inspection of lab manuals.- Teaching Manufacturing technology to undergrads through innovative and engaging PowerPoint presentations and taking periodic learning assessments.

- Bridge between Professors and my batchmates for helping them to take their grievances and feedback regarding coursework to the council.- Proposal for the start of new electives with the help of suggestions from the students.
