Technical Support Engineer
CurrentPresales Engineer, providing technical consultation, product demonstrations, and solution recommendations to system integrators (SIs), distributors, and end clients during the pre-sales phase.Assisting in project planning, solution design, and technical proposal preparation to ensure customized solutions that meet client needs.Conducting technical training for large groups (40-50 people) on Dahua security products and solutions for SIs, installers, and distributors.Offering one-on-one technical training and consultations during visits to partners' offices, ensuring hands-on experience and deep product understanding.Visiting client sites to deliver product demonstrations and presales technical support during project bidding and pre-deployment phases.Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to promote Dahua's product portfolio, driving customer engagement and increasing conversion rates.Providing remote and telephonic technical support as needed during project execution to resolve product inquiries and technical challenges.Submitting daily work reports and weekly summaries, including detailed performance tracking and key performance indicators (KPI), ensuring transparent communication with management.Collecting and communicating product feedback and technical issues to HQ for continuous product improvement and innovation.Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners, aligning product solutions with their needs for long-term success.Carrying out additional responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.
