Through continuous innovation, superstar employees and superior customer service, we commit to continuously improving our services and expertise to meet the demands of business.Responsbilites:-Having the complete Recruitment Cycle-Sourcing, Candidate Tracking, Short-listing profiles, Rate Negotiations submissions according to Client Specifications, Follow-ups, references Checks, Interview Co-Ordination and paper work.• Working with H1B, Green Card Holder, US Citizen, EAD, OPT Status Candidate etc on Tax terms – C2C, W2, 1099.• Sourcing Resumes from Various Job portals like Dice, Monster, Prohires and Social site like LinkedIn, Google groups.....etc.• Identifying and sourcing prospective candidates using Company’s database, Job boards, Vendors/Supplier, References, Recruiting forums. Serve as a liaison between the hiring managers and candidates.• Scheduling candidate interview with clients. Obtaining feedback from Clients & informing interview results to candidate & Vendors/Supplier.• Demonstrated excellence in recruiting on several disparate positions simultaneously with proven abilities in quickly understanding new technologies and assessing candidate capabilities.• High level of proficiency with MS Outlook, Office, MS Word and Excel software.• Have the ability to lead and co-ordinate a team and also to work as an individual.• Great organizing and coordination skills coupled with excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.• Experience redeploying bench consultants will all skill sets.
