I am a post-graduate in Development Studies. I am passionate about using my skills to enhance my potential as well as contribute to the growth and progress of any organization. I am a fast learner and adapt quickly to new environments and situations.My experience working with NGOs such as Mobile Creches, Policy Root Research Foundation, Aadarsh Parivar Educational & Cultural Foundation, and Seva Mandir has equipped me with the knowledge and necessary skills to work in the social sectors like child care services, women rights, community engagement, and other socio-economic issues.As a Senior Community Mobilizer at Mobile Creches, I monitor the workings of different crèche centres and ensure the safety, security, and education of underprivileged children. I also work for community empowerment by spreading social awareness, arrange camps for executing social security schemes.At Policy Root Research Foundation, I worked in the field of women empowerment, education, consultancy, and socio-economic inequalities. I maintained field visits, conducted field research for community engagement and empowerment, specifically in the fields of women's empowerment, education, consultancy, and socio-economic inequalities.My interest in social work has led me to take up various leadership roles during my time at Ambedkar University Delhi. I was Supervisor and Volunteer Coordinator for admissions at Ambedkar University Delhi where I managed the admission process under Earn While Learn scheme. I assisted and guided the aspirants and their parents with the admission process. As a Student Convenor and Treasurer, I managed events such as Sport’s fest and other sports tournaments, annual fest, AUDacity, and Annual Sport’s Day, and advertised about these events.I am proficient in MS office, MS Excel, Power Point, and the internet. I am fluent in Hindi and English. In my free time, I enjoy listening to music, reading sports books, playing cricket, and engaging in social work.I am keen on exploring full-time job opportunities where I can use my skills of teamwork and management to contribute to the growth and progress of organizations while continuing to learn and develop professionally.
