Collaborate with Operation teams to Understand and Fulfill Business requirements by providing data driven solutions and insights.• Prepare and maintain Daily/Weekly Mis reports using Templets.• Preparing Opening and Hourly Trackers for different LoB’s.• EOD Reports & Daily Dashboard, Clients Reports, Shift Adherence, Agent Performance report. Etc.• Generating the Reports & charts for Clients Requirements.• Creating Dashboard using different functions formulas.• Preparing and publishing on a Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports as per management requirement.• Creating the new report templates as per the requirement and collate the data from different Queue and prepare dashboard.• Maintain the data as per requirement of management.• Data collection and Analysis, Gether, compile, and analyse data from various source to generate reports.
