Was the " Ex Chairman of the Committee For the Ministry of Environment & Forests - MCHI" fighting for the revival & development of Mumbai and CRZ Policies of the Central Government.Have successfully built and managed large projects in complex situations and environment by providing interpersonal, Analytical Leadership, Decision making, Market analysis, Strategy development skills for executing such large projects and also has the commercial acumen, resourcefulness for generating new business opportunities in any sector. Was part of the delegation to The Prime Minister of India in August 2003 for presenting a report on Mumbai’s revival And was the former "Chairman of The Ministry of Environment & Forest - MCHI " Specialisation : Operation, Management and Development of small & large Housing & Townships Projects in complex situations.
