With over Sixteen years of experience in human resources and administration, I am a manager HR & admin at DEE VEE PROJECTS LIMITED, a leading engineering and construction company in India. presently I am responsible for managing the overall HR and admin functions, including recruitment, payroll, compliance, training, performance management, employee relations, and office administration. I also coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders, such as clients, vendors, contractors, and government authorities, to ensure smooth execution of projects and contracts. In addition, I have a strong background in national sales management, having worked as an admin manager at M D MOVERS, a relocation and logistics company, where I oversaw the sales operations, strategy, and targets for the entire country. I have developed skills in people management, overall management, national sales management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
